Quayside for offshore construction teams
Sydhavnskaj is the oldest cargo terminal in Thyboron. The water depth of 4.5 metres limits how many types of cargo vessels are able to call at the quay. But there is safe all-weather navigation for the vessels that are able to, in the well-protected harbour basin.
Sydhavnskaj is ideal for the offshore wind O&M with super quick access from the port facility to the fairway for CTVs and bunkering supplies directly at the quayside.
The quay is also suitable as a layover quay for barges and shallow water vessels.
The quay offers easy access to power and water, and allows vessels to dispose of ship waste and slop oil in an eco-friendly manner.
